New Bakery, Restaurant and Deli opened in Skibbereen, West Cork.

We only use organic, unbleached flours and all our breads and pizza bases are sourdough, fermenting for 25+ hours, for a more gut friendly loaf.

 

We believe in working as sustainably as possible. We change our menu seasonally working with the planet and local producers celebrating ingredients sourced from West Cork. All our take-away containers are biodegradable and compostable.

In addition to our fresh pasta and pizzas, we serve a selection of salads daily. Charcuteries, cheeses and an assortment of treats from our deli fridge.
